Please note that there will be offline group discussions for the simulated group project on top of the sixteen (16) hours as needed.
PREREQUISITES
Anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma can attend this course
CERTIFICATION
requirements
Participants must
✔ Have 100% attendance (16 hours) in the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course (30% weight)
✔ Have actively participated in group activities, workshops and simulated group project (30% weight)
✔ Have passed the online examination (40% weight)
The weighted average score shall be at least 80% to be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
