ELEVATE CERTIFIED LEAN PRACTITIONER (ECLP) TRAINING PROGRAM
Program Description:
The Elevate Certified Lean Practitioner (ECLP) program is a comprehensive two-day (16-hour) intensive training designed to equip professionals with practical Lean methodologies to drive operational excellence, eliminate waste, and improve process efficiency. This program focuses on building a strong foundation in Lean principles while emphasizing real-world application across various industries. Participants will gain a clear understanding of value creation, process flow optimization, and continuous improvement techniques that can be immediately applied in their respective workplaces. Throughout the training, learners will engage in interactive discussions, hands-on activities, case studies, and simulations to deepen their understanding of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Waste Identification, Standard Work, and Kaizen. The program is structured to ensure that participants not only learn the concepts but also develop the skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
• Understand and apply core Lean principles and thinking
• Identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities (waste)

Pre-requisites:
The Elevate Certified Lean Practitioner (ECLP) program is designed to be accessible to a wide range of participants. While no prior Lean certification is required, the following are recommended:
• Basic understanding of organizational or business processes
• At least 6 months of work experience (any industry) is an advantage
• Willingness to participate in discussions, group activities, and exercises
• Openness to learning and applying continuous improvement concepts

Certification Requirements
To successfully earn the Elevate Certified Lean Practitioner (ECLP) certification, participants must meet the following requirements:
Full Attendance
Completion of the 2-day (16-hour) training program is required.

Active Participation
Engagement in discussions, group activities, simulations, and exercises throughout the training. (20% weight)
Post-Training Assessment
Participants must achieve a passing score in the assessment covering key Lean concepts and tools.
(40% weight)
Application Output
(Lean Action Plan)
Completion and presentation of a basic Lean action plan or identified improvement initiative.
(20% weight)
Participants must obtain a minimum overall score of 80% to qualify for certification.
