JUST IN: Mr. Marwin Dennis M. Galvez earns his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification today!
Mr. Galvez has been conferred as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional. His green belt project "Marketing and Recruitment - Average Handling Time Improvement" has an annualized soft savings of P238,925.74. It improved the average handling time for Marketing and Recruitment by 48.72% allowing the team to improve its Total Number of Calls made from an average of 885 outbound calls (August to December 2019) to 1352 average calls per month (January to February 2020). The said project also improved the endorsement for the team, from averaging 66.8 endorsements per month (from August to December 2019) to 91.5 endorsements per month (January to February 2020).
Mr. Galvez attended and completed Elevate’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training held from October-November, 2019 at The A. Venue Hotel, Makati City, Philippines with Arnold Z. David as the program trainer.
